Negative space as design — this round solitaire engagement ring takes the classic formula and introduces a single structural edit that changes everything about how the ring reads. A 1.20 CT round brilliant diamond is held by four round bead prongs in a clean, elevated basket. Below the basket, the shank splits into two distinct rails that diverge from each other as they descend, creating an open window of negative space beneath the setting — airy, light-filled, and deliberately architectural.
The split is a bypass-style departure: the two rails angle away from each other slightly at the shoulder before running parallel and rejoining at the base of the band. Viewed from the side, the open gallery beneath the stone is framed by the twin rails like a pointed arch — a structural elegance that adds visual interest to the ring's side profile without any additional material or diamond.
