Every Runivi order is fully insured and carefully packaged from the moment it leaves our hands.
Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.


Overview

All Runivi shipments are fully insured. You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. We also offer free, insured shipping to Canada and a wide range of international destinations. Please see the International Shipping section for the full list of countries we ship to.

The shipping date is based on when your package leaves our facility — not when your order is placed.

We recommend checking the estimated delivery date before placing your order.

You can select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

Transit time is the duration from when your order ships to when it is delivered to you.

Once your order ships, the carrier will set your delivery window. You will find this in your "Order Shipped" email.

Saturday Delivery is subject to carrier availability. If available in your area, it will appear as an option at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or similar non-physical addresses.

United States Shipping

Free, fully insured shipping across all 50 states.

We ship to all 50 US states at no charge. Every order is insured for its full value and requires a signature on delivery.

Canada Shipping

Free, fully insured shipping to all Canadian provinces and territories.

We offer complimentary shipping to Canada on all orders. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature on delivery.

Duties & taxes Import duties and applicable taxes are assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency and are the responsibility of the customer. Runivi has no control over these charges.
If you are unsure how the customs process works in Canada, we recommend contacting the Canada Border Services Agency before placing your order.

International Shipping

Free, insured shipping to destinations worldwide.

Runivi offers complimentary, fully insured international shipping to the countries listed below. All international orders require a signature on delivery to protect your purchase in transit.

Duties & taxes Import duties, VAT, and applicable local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are assessed by your country's customs department. Runivi does not collect these charges at time of order.
Currency Orders must be placed in your local currency. You can change the currency using the selector on our website.

All international shipments are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. Runivi has no control over customs processing times or fees. If you are unsure how the customs process works in your country, please contact your local customs department before placing your order. Runivi reserves the right to update its list of international destinations at any time.

Exceptions to the Delivery Timeline

Delays in delivery may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances including carrier disruptions, adverse weather, or customs processing for international orders. Runivi will not be responsible for, or provide refunds for, any shipping charges incurred as a result of such delays.

While we cannot control unexpected delays, we are committed to informing you as soon as we become aware of any issue affecting your order.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order at any time.

We recommend adding hello@runivi.com to your contacts to ensure all notifications reach your inbox.
Please also check your spam or junk folders if you haven't received your confirmation email.
Your tracking number will be active within a few hours of receiving your shipping confirmation.

Hold for Pickup & Gift Delivery

Hold for pickup:  If you are unable to be at home at the time of delivery, you may request for your package to be held at the carrier's collection point. Packages will be held for up to 5 business days. The person collecting must be 21 years or older and present a valid photo ID for verification.

Gift delivery:  If your Runivi piece is a gift, we are happy to ship it directly to the recipient. Simply enter their address at checkout and add a note in the order comments. No pricing information will be included inside the parcel. If you would like a personal message included, please add it to your order notes and we will do our best to accommodate.

For security purposes, we may contact you to verify an alternate delivery address before processing your order.

Cancellations & Order Changes

We prioritise customer satisfaction and will make every effort to accommodate a request to cancel or change your order before it ships. Please be aware that changes may result in a delayed delivery date.

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes. If you are not completely satisfied with your piece on arrival, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

For Design Your Own and custom orders, please get in touch as soon as possible if you need to make a change, as production begins shortly after your consultation is confirmed.

Insurance & Security

All Runivi shipments are covered by insurance until your package is delivered and signed for. We strongly recommend being available at your shipping address at the time of delivery. Once delivered, Runivi holds no responsibility for the package.

All orders are shipped fully insured at no additional cost to you.
An adult signature is required for all Runivi deliveries.
If you are unavailable, an authorised person may sign and collect the package on your behalf at the designated address.
For security, your shipping address cannot be changed or redirected once your order has been placed. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

As a security precaution to protect you against fraud, some orders may experience a brief delay in shipment due to a verification process. For orders delivered to an address different from your billing address, we may verify with your payment provider. If you believe your order is delayed for this reason, please contact us at hello@runivi.com.
